Dong Thuan Commune Administrative Service Center completes posting of administrative procedures using QR code

(CT) - According to the People's Committee of Dong Thuan Commune, Can Tho City, the Commune's Public Administration Service Center has completed the review and posting of administrative procedures (TTHC) using QR codes in 12 fields with 260 procedures. From July 1 to 8, the Center received and processed 69 records, of which 21 records were not included in the list of TTHC; there were 48 TTHC records in the fields of land, justice, and civil status. Thereby, 13 records have been processed, and 35 records are being processed in the fields of land and civil status.

The Center's personnel are arranged to meet the requirements of the task and are gradually operating stably. The Center's facilities and equipment are utilized from the old unit to serve the immediate task, so there is still a lack of ID/citizen ID card readers with chips; there is no automatic dialing machine; computers have low configurations so accessing the public service system is slow, and there is no online payment configuration on the National Public Service Portal. The Party Committee and People's Committee of the commune have directed the arrangement of 1 land registration office staff and 4 part-time staff to support people in submitting online applications; encouraged the Center's staff, civil servants and public employees to strive to overcome difficulties to complete assigned tasks.
