Speaking at the groundbreaking ceremony, Permanent Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Nguyen The Phuoc affirmed: "In recent years, Lao Cai province has made efforts to develop agricultural economy towards commodity, sustainable and high added value. This will be a stable and sustainable outlet for spice products of farmers in the province, helping people in the raw material areas increase their income, stabilize their lives and feel secure in sticking with traditional spice crops. In addition, the project will create hundreds, even thousands of job opportunities for local people, especially those in Xuan Ai commune and neighboring areas.
