Citizen reception activities at People's Court of Region 2.
Immediately after the establishment and consolidation of the organization, the leaders of the regional People's Courts proactively handed over and received documents, finances, and assets, avoiding the loss or omission of documents, especially documents of cases that were being accepted and resolved. At the same time, they prepared material conditions and arranged staff to urgently perform their functions and tasks from July 1 according to regulations, with the spirit of not interrupting or stopping work.
At the People's Court of Region 5, Chief Justice Luong Thi Hoa said: Immediately after starting operations under the new model, the unit held an agency meeting, clearly assigning tasks to judges, secretaries and employees, ensuring that everyone clearly understood their work and coordinated smoothly. In addition to the tasks of receiving, processing, adjudicating and resolving cases, the unit especially focused resources on implementing the emulation movement "Achievement of excellent completion of tasks during the peak period of 90 days and nights of cleaning up marriage data and implementing the reduction of procedures for confirming marital status"...
Compared to many courts in the province, the People's Court of Region 10 has a fairly large area for receiving and resolving cases, including 3 previous districts (Thuong Xuan, Nhu Xuan, Ngoc Lac). Therefore, in addition to preparing well the facilities and equipment for operation at the headquarters, the unit will temporarily use 2 old offices to receive citizens. Judge Le Xuan Vinh, Chief Justice of the People's Court of Region 10, said: "Immediately after starting to operate under the new model, the unit's leaders focused on doing a good job of political and ideological education, encouraging cadres, civil servants, and workers to overcome difficulties and feel secure in their work. Therefore, since July 1, at both the headquarters and the 2 previous district-level People's Court locations, the work of receiving citizens has always been maintained. The activities of resolving and trying cases have taken place normally, meeting the needs of organizations and individuals".
Because it was newly built, the former office of the People's Court of Quang Xuong district was chosen as the office of the People's Court of Region 2. Here, the unit has arranged enough offices for those holding judicial titles, as well as a trial hall suitable for the type of case, including a friendly trial room. In addition, the leaders of the People's Court of Region 2 also arranged a kitchen and a resting room to serve officials working away from home, especially judges and court clerks residing in the old Nong Cong district.
Chief Justice of the People's Court of Region 2, Judge Bui Thi Huyen said: "Before July 1, the unit had completed the handover and receipt of files, documents, finances, assets and arranged offices for officials, civil servants and employees. Currently, the People's Court of Region 2 has seriously maintained the work of receiving citizens and receiving case files. Trial and case resolution activities have taken place normally."
In general, after streamlining the organization of the court system, most of the offices at the regional People's Courts have not yet met the needs. Among them, many offices have been degraded, or have been reused from other agencies, requiring time for appropriate repairs. However, overcoming difficulties, the regional People's Courts are making efforts to carry out their assigned tasks with a spirit of urgency and seriousness, without interruption or stagnation of work.
