After falling, Patient NTD, in Van Ban commune, suffered multiple ligament injuries to the left knee; including a complete tear of the anterior cruciate ligament (ACL), and damage to both the lateral and posterior ligaments.

After consultation, the patient was indicated for arthroscopic surgery to reconstruct the three torn ligaments of the left knee using the All-inside technique, to help restore the structure and function of the knee joint in an optimal way. The surgery was performed successfully, opening up opportunities for the patient to recover mobility and minimizing the risk of disability after injury.

Using the "All-inside" technique to reconstruct the damaged ligament using another ligament taken from the patient himself is a minimally invasive surgical method, helping to minimize damage to surrounding soft tissue, reduce pain, reduce the risk of infection and recovery time compared to traditional open surgery methods.
