Three more engineering majors of Tra Vinh University achieve ABET international accreditation

Tra Vinh University has just added 3 more engineering majors that have achieved ABET (USA) international accreditation standards.

On August 29, according to information from Tra Vinh University (TVU), the school has just added 3 more engineering majors that meet ABET (USA) international accreditation standards, including: Construction Engineering Technology, Mechanical Engineering Technology and Electrical - Electronic Engineering Technology.

As of August 2025, Tra Vinh University has a total of 27 training programs accredited by FIBAA (Europe), AUN-QA (Southeast Asia) and ABET (USA), contributing to putting the school in the top universities in the Mekong Delta with many programs accredited for international education quality.

Specifically, there are 11 FIBAA-certified programs, including: Business administration, economics , law, accounting, finance - banking, sports management, office management, master of business administration, master of economic management, master of health management, master of education management.

12 programs meet AUN-QA standards, including: Agriculture, aquaculture, veterinary medicine, nursing, medical laboratory technology, pharmacy, Khmer language, food technology, master of culture, preschool education, primary education, English language.

4 ABET accredited programs: Information Technology (previously accredited) and the 3 newly accredited majors listed above.
