230 businesses owe more than 135.5 billion VND in taxes - Cao Bang Electronic Newspaper

According to Cao Bang Provincial Tax Department, as of July 31, the whole province still has 230 enterprises owing over 135.5 billion VND in large, long-term tax arrears and other revenues to the State budget.

Of which, the two enterprises with the largest debts are the Trade and Industry Development Company Limited ( Hanoi ) with over 29 billion VND; and the Northeast Energy Investment and Development Company Limited with over 22 billion VND.

3 enterprises owe from 3.3 billion VND to over 7.3 billion VND including: Truong Minh Company Limited (Hanoi); Minh Hoang Company Limited (Thuc Phan ward), Quang Minh Company Limited (Thuc Phan ward).

4 enterprises owe from 2.2 billion VND to over 2.6 billion VND, including: Tam Viet Joint Stock Company (Nung Tri Cao ward) over 2.6 billion VND; Dinh Van Construction and Trading Company Limited (Trung Khanh commune) over 2.4 billion VND; Dung Anh One Member Company Limited (Phuc Hoa commune) over 2.2 billion VND; Toan Dong Company Limited Branch (Quang Han commune) over 2.2 billion VND.

15 enterprises owe from over 1 billion to 1.8 billion VND; 206 enterprises owe from over 10 million VND to over 966 million VND.

Cao Bang Provincial Tax Department publicly announces the list of taxpayers with tax debts and other revenues to the State budget, due to taxpayers violating the provisions at Point a, Clause 1, Article 100 of the Tax Administration Law No. 38/2019/QH14 and Point g, Clause 1, Article 29 of Decree 126/2020/ND-CP dated October 19, 2020 of the Government.
