Currently, the province has about 7,200 workers in the tourism sector. The rate of professionally trained workers is over 35%, contributing to improving the quality of tourism services in the province.

The service quality of tourism workers is increasingly improved to meet the needs of tourists.

Of these, about 2,800 workers directly work at accommodation establishments, travel agencies, food services and tour guides; the remaining 4,200 people are indirect workers.

Notably, there are about 1,000 workers trained in tourism, accounting for over 35% of the total direct workforce in the industry. This is an important human resource, creating a foundation to improve the quality of products and services and build an increasingly professional and attractive image of Cao Bang in the eyes of tourists.
