Implementing a plan to mobilize support for the Cuban people - Cao Bang Electronic Newspaper

The Provincial Red Cross Society, the Provincial Union of Friendship Organizations, under the leadership and direction of the Provincial Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee, coordinated with the Provincial People's Committee Office, the Department of Education and Training, the Youth and Children's Affairs Committee, the Trade Union Affairs Committee, and Cao Bang Newspaper to implement a plan to mobilize support for the Cuban people on the occasion of the 65th anniversary of the establishment of diplomatic relations between Vietnam and Cuba (December 2, 1960 - December 2, 2025).

The plan to organize a campaign to support the Cuban people aims to demonstrate the solidarity, loyalty, and consistency of the Party Committee, government, and people of all ethnic groups in Cao Bang province towards the Cuban people; contributing to consolidating and strengthening the traditional and special friendship between Vietnam and Cuba. Promoting the pioneering role of the province in foreign affairs for peace , development, and sustainable friendship. Thereby, mobilizing the active participation of all levels, sectors, localities, organizations, businesses, and people in activities to support and assist the Cuban people to overcome difficulties.

Deploy the campaign in agencies, units, cadres, civil servants, public employees; cadres and soldiers of the armed forces; companies, enterprises, religious organizations, philanthropists; union members; youth union members; members, volunteers, youth of the Provincial Red Cross Society and all people in the whole province... to participate in support.

The implementation period in the province is from August 18, 2025 to October 16, 2025. After the campaign period, all donations will be transferred to the account of the Central Committee of the Vietnam Red Cross Society according to regulations.
