On August 22, the Department of Home Affairs held a training conference on collecting information about workers associated with the National Population Database (NDDB).

2025 for nearly 50 trainees who are leaders of the People's Committee of the commune, heads of departments, members of the Steering Committee for digital transformation; leaders and experts of the Department of Culture and Society of the communes: Ha Lang, Vinh Quy, Quang Long, Ly Quoc.

Trainees were informed and implemented of central and local documents related to collecting information about workers associated with DLQGVDC; professional guidance on collecting information about workers in labor management; procedures for payment and settlement of collection costs... In addition, the reporter shared practical experiences and answered questions so that grassroots cadres could effectively apply them locally.

Through training, to improve the professional awareness of grassroots staff in collecting information of workers accurately, completely, promptly, meeting the needs of the national digital transformation program. From there, forming a database of workers associated with DLQGVDC, as a basis for labor management, establishing electronic labor books for workers, planning policies on labor, employment, vocational training, and human resource development in the commune.
