Thuc Phan Ward issues mobile party membership cards to elderly party members - Cao Bang Electronic Newspaper

On August 22, the Thuc Phan Ward Party Committee organized mobile working groups to go to the homes of elderly comrades with poor health and difficulty in traveling to carry out procedures for issuing and exchanging party membership cards. This is a practical activity to ensure the rights and convenience of party members and speed up the completion of the target of exchanging party membership cards in the area.

Thuc Phan Ward Police force issued and renewed the party card for comrade Nguyen Khanh Trung, Ben Do residential group, Hoang Tung, a 75-year party member.

As of August 21, the entire ward had issued and exchanged 6,168/7,158 party membership cards, reaching a rate of 86.17%. However, after checking, there were still 98 elderly party members with poor health who could not come directly to the headquarters to complete the procedures. In this situation, the ward Party Committee established a mobile working group consisting of cadres from the Party Building Committee, ward police and youth union members, directly bringing equipment and means to the place to complete the procedures for issuing and exchanging party cards for the comrades.

In just one day of implementation, the Working Group issued and exchanged certificates for 30/98 senior party members. Many party members expressed their emotion at the dedicated and thoughtful care of the Party Committee, the government and the task force. This activity further strengthened the trust and attachment of party members to the Party organization.

The mobile issuance and exchange of party membership cards in Thuc Phan ward is not only a practical activity, but also a work of profound human significance, clearly demonstrating the spirit of "Serving the people", affirming the Party's attention to each party member, especially those who have devoted many years to the revolutionary cause. This is also a testament to the determination to innovate the method of leadership and management of party members in the digital transformation period.
