Provincial Farmers' Association conducts training to improve professional skills of the Association in Tinh Tuc commune - Cao Bang Electronic Newspaper

On August 21, the Provincial Farmers' Association (PPA) organized a training conference to improve professional skills for 64 commune-level officials and farmers' association heads in 2025 in Tinh Tuc commune.

The training and fostering contents include: Propaganda and mobilization work of the grassroots Farmers' Association; procedures and contents of branch activities; skills in organizing and running meetings and branch activities; supervision and social criticism work of the Vietnam Farmers' Association; mediation and settlement of complaints and denunciations of the grassroots Farmers' Association; socio -economic activities of the Vietnam Farmers' Association; organization and operation of the Farmers' Support Fund, etc.

The training course aims to improve the capacity and professional qualifications of the heads of the Farmers' Association and the full-time cadres of the Farmers' Association at the grassroots level. Strengthen and improve the quality of the association organization and the team of full-time cadres to meet the requirements of the tasks, effectively carry out the campaigns and emulation movements in the Association's work.
