Training on Farmers' Association work for nearly 100 full-time staff - Cao Bang Electronic Newspaper

On August 22, in Ha Lang commune, the Provincial Farmers' Association (PPA) organized a training conference to improve professional skills of the Association for nearly 100 commune-level specialized officials and branch heads of farmers' associations in the communes of Ha Lang, Vinh Quy, Quang Long, and Ly Quoc in 2025.

Training contents include: Propaganda and mobilization work of the grassroots Farmers' Association; Vietnam Farmers' Association with the implementation of the regulations on supervision and social criticism; mediation and settlement of complaints and denunciations of the grassroots Farmers' Association; guidance on the process and content of branch activities; process of establishing, organizing and operating branch meetings and activities; socio -economic activities of Vietnam Farmers' Association; organization and operation of the Farmers' Support Fund...

Through training, the quality of the association's organization and specialized staff will be strengthened, contributing to improving the effectiveness of the association's activities and the farmers' movement to meet the requirements and tasks, effectively implementing campaigns and emulation movements in the association's work in the new situation.
