The Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism has issued a Decision to promulgate the Plan to implement the plan to reduce and simplify administrative procedures (TTHC) related to production and business activities under the management of the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism in 2025.
The issuance of the implementation plan aims to properly implement the content and deadline specified in the plan to reduce and simplify administrative procedures related to production and business activities under the management of the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism in 2025, approved in Decision No. 1616/QD-TTg dated July 28, 2025 of the Prime Minister .

The tasks of the units implementing the plan to reduce and simplify administrative procedures related to production and business activities under the management of the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism in 2025 include: Submitting the draft Law on Press (amended); Amending and supplementing the Law amending and supplementing a number of articles of the 2009 Law on Intellectual Property; Submitting the draft Law amending and supplementing a number of articles of the Law on Physical Training and Sports, the Law on Tourism , the Law on Cinema; Submitting the draft Law amending and supplementing a number of articles of the Law on Publishing; Submitting to the Government to issue a Decree detailing a number of articles and guiding the implementation of the Law on Advertising...
Accordingly, the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism assigns the Legal Department to preside over and coordinate with the Department of Cinema; Department of Performing Arts; Department of Copyright; Department of Grassroots Culture, Family and Library; Vietnam National Administration of Tourism; Department of Publishing, Printing and Distribution; Department of Radio, Television and Electronic Information; Department of Vietnam Sports and Physical Training and related agencies and units to implement the specific contents of the Plan according to the Plan issued with this Decision, applying the form of one document amending many documents according to the shortened order and procedures according to the legal provisions on the development and promulgation of legal documents.
The Press Department; the Department of Publishing, Printing and Distribution; the Department of Cultural Heritage; the Department of Grassroots Culture, Family and Library; the Copyright Department; the Vietnam National Administration of Tourism shall preside over and coordinate with relevant agencies and units to develop and submit to competent authorities for promulgation legal documents to replace or amend and supplement legal documents to implement specific contents of the Plan, according to the Plan issued with this Decision.
The Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism requests the Ministry's Office to monitor and urge agencies and units to implement this Decision; summarize difficulties to promptly report to the Ministry's leaders for resolution during the implementation process./.
