On the morning of September 25, the Central Inspection Commission held a conference to announce and hand over decisions on personnel work: (1) Approval of the title of Deputy Head of the 13th Central Inspection Commission; (2) Title of Department Head and equivalent for 04 comrades; (3) Transfer and appointment of 02 Deputy Department Heads. The conference was held in a combination of in-person and online formats at 04 locations: Hanoi, Ho Chi Minh City, Da Nang and Can Tho. Comrade Nguyen Duy Ngoc, Politburo member, Secretary of the Party Central Committee, Chairman of the Central Inspection Commission, Head of the Agency attended, directed and chaired the conference.

Attending the Conference were comrades members of the Central Inspection Commission; representatives of the Standing Committee of the Party Committee of the Agency and mass organizations of the Agency; comrade Secretary of the Chairman of the Central Inspection Commission; comrades heads of departments and units of the Central Inspection Commission; all civil servants of the local Departments: V, VII, VIII.

Comrade Nguyen Duy Ngoc, Politburo member, Secretary of the Party Central Committee, Chairman of the Central Inspection Commission, Head of the Agency, presented the Politburo's Decision approving the position of Deputy Chairman of the 13th Central Inspection Commission to comrade Le Van Thanh, member of the Central Inspection Commission.

At the Conference, Comrade Nguyen Duy Ngoc, Politburo member, Secretary of the Party Central Committee, Chairman of the Central Inspection Commission, Head of the Agency presented the Politburo's Decision approving the position of Deputy Chairman of the 13th Central Inspection Commission to Comrade Le Van Thanh, member of the Central Inspection Commission; Comrade Tran Van Ron, Party Central Committee member, Permanent Deputy Chairman of the Central Inspection Commission, Permanent Deputy Head of the Agency presented the appointment decisions: (1) Comrade Nguyen Tri Dung, Secretary of Comrade Nguyen Duy Ngoc, Politburo member, Secretary of the Party Central Committee, Chairman of the Central Inspection Commission; (2) Transfer and appoint Comrade Ngo Dang Nhat, Director of the General Department, Central Inspection Commission Agency to work and hold the position of Director of the Department of Area I, Central Inspection Commission Agency; (3) Mobilize and appoint comrade Pham Ngoc Phuong, Deputy Director of Department of Area I, Central Inspection Commission to work and hold the position of Director of General Department, Central Inspection Commission; (4) Mobilize and appoint comrade Pham Thai Ha, Director of Department of Area I, Central Inspection Commission to work and hold the position of Director of Department of Area VIII, Central Inspection Commission; (5) Mobilize and appoint comrade Nguyen Duy Hong, Deputy Director of Department of Area IA, Central Inspection Commission to work and hold the position of Deputy Director of Department of Area VIII, Central Inspection Commission; (6) Mobilize and appoint comrade Ngo Thi Thanh An, Deputy Director of Department of Area VIII, Central Inspection Commission to work and hold the position of Deputy Director of Department of Area III, Central Inspection Commission.

Comrade Tran Van Ron, Member of the Party Central Committee, Permanent Deputy Head of the Central Inspection Commission, Permanent Deputy Head of the Agency, presented the appointment decisions to comrades: Nguyen Tri Dung, Ngo Dang Nhat and Pham Ngoc Phuong.

Speaking at the Conference, Comrade Nguyen Duy Ngoc, Politburo member, Secretary of the Party Central Committee, Chairman of the Central Inspection Commission, Head of the Agency congratulated the comrades who received the transfer and appointment decisions. He asked the comrades to continue promoting the achieved results, making efforts and striving to complete the assigned tasks well in the coming time.

Comrade Dinh Huu Thanh, Deputy Head of the Central Inspection Commission, presented the Decision to Comrade Pham Thai Ha.

Comrade Pham Ngoc Phuong, Director of the General Department, on behalf of the transferred and appointed cadres, respectfully thanked the attention of the Politburo, Comrade Nguyen Duy Ngoc, Politburo member, Secretary of the Party Central Committee, Chairman of the Central Inspection Commission, Head of the Agency, comrades, members of the Central Inspection Commission and departments and units of the Central Inspection Commission; he said that this is an honor and also a heavy responsibility, promising to continue to train, make efforts, promote the strength of solidarity, and successfully complete the assigned tasks, contributing to the development of the Central Inspection Commission and the Central Inspection Commission Agency.
