The exhibition "Young Fine Arts - Da Nang 2025" is held at the Da Nang Fine Arts Museum from August 26 to September 25.
This is a meaningful art activity, organized for the second time (first time in 2023), to introduce the works of young artists from Da Nang and Hue . This time, from 70 submitted works, the Organizing Committee selected to introduce 40 works by 26 young artists created in the past 2 years.
Deputy Director in charge of the Da Nang Fine Arts Museum Nguyen Thi Trinh said that the works on display are diverse in materials and expression, from silk, oil, lacquer to acrylic, graphics... Each work reflects a new perspective on people, homeland, and country in the period of integration and development.
“The exhibition not only serves the public during an important national holiday, but also creates opportunities for young artists to exchange, connect, and share experiences.
Thereby inspiring and motivating young artists to create, contributing to affirming the vitality and position of fine arts in contemporary cultural and social life," Ms. Trinh expressed.

Participating in the young art exhibition for the second time, artist Ha Chau (born 1990, Da Nang city) brought to the public the work "Old House", oil painting, created in 2025.
At first sight, the work impresses with the interweaving of “art within art”, in painting one can see both sculpture and especially the passion and pure love of the artist for fine arts.
“Art is not an easy journey, you have to be persistent, always learning good techniques, new and unique styles from colleagues and seniors. I think that with that learning, young artists will have diverse perspectives on the beauty of life, shape their own style, create passionate works, touching the emotions of viewers”, said artist Ha Chau.
Art lovers commented that the exhibition was youthful, fresh and full of vitality. Through each work, viewers can feel the meaningful message about human life, the deep feelings of the artists for the land and people of their homeland in the Central region.

Mr. Nguyen Hanh, An Khe Ward shared: “As an art lover, I am very impressed with the works of young artists at this exhibition. Although young, the artists have shown a rich perspective, approaching the subject from many angles, showing passion, perseverance and always striving to explore and create art. With this generation, I believe that Da Nang and Hue fine arts will have a breakthrough development in the future, parallel to the fine arts movement at both ends of the country”.
According to artist Than Trong Dung, Chairman of the Da Nang City Fine Arts Association, with this exhibition, young artists have a liberal approach to the subject, and their works are diverse and very profound.
In particular, many artists research and create works using folk materials and the cultural identity of their homeland. From there, we can see the spirit of persistent artistic work, love for the homeland and the desire to contribute of the young generation of artists from Da Nang - Hue.
“Young artists in the Central region, including Da Nang and Hue, have great potential for development. The works of young artists are gradually affirming their mark and being widely accepted by the public, contributing to creating a future for fine arts in the region and the whole country,” said artist Than Trong Dung.
