Establish 4 working groups to support administrative procedures and land database operations

The Department of Agriculture and Environment has established four special working groups to support commune and ward authorities in the province in carrying out administrative procedures on land and operating the land database.

Provincial working group inspects the operation of two-level government.

Implementing the two-tier government model, a large amount of work on land administrative procedures and land database operation of the district was previously transferred to the communes for implementation. This is an extremely large and complicated task while the commune staff has never done it before.

Proactively grasping, updating information and promptly resolving difficulties and problems arising during the implementation process, the Department of Agriculture and Environment requires working groups to: Provide guidance on processes, procedures, and professional skills in handling administrative procedures on land for the People's Committees of communes and wards; answer questions about expertise in implementing administrative procedures on land, focusing on the following areas: Land allocation, land lease, land use purpose conversion; issuance of Land Use Right Certificates; land use planning and plans; land prices; compensation and support when the State reclaims land; handling administrative violations on land... Support the authorities of communes and wards in collecting, standardizing data, entering it into the land database system; guide the operation and management of commune-level land databases...
