Quang Ngai has completed 7 key information systems, including: Official email, provincial-level integrated and shared platform, Document Management and Operation software, administrative procedure settlement system, Electronic information portal, reporting and video conferencing information system.
To date, the province has created more than 26,000 email accounts, 9,100 document management accounts, and 8,200 administrative procedure processing accounts. The video conferencing system has covered 96 commune-level People's Committees, simultaneously connecting 100 bridges, and checking stable signals from the province to the grassroots level.
In particular, more than 1,700 online public services have been integrated into the National Public Service Portal, including 539 full-service services, ready to serve people and businesses anytime, anywhere.
The province has also completed the issuance of nearly 12,000 digital signatures for organizations and individuals, ensuring smooth online document processing and operations. Telecommunications enterprise technical staff and commune and ward officials have been assigned to provide 24/7 support, ready to handle any problems, ensuring no interruption in data connection during the initial phase of operation.
