Ms. Tran Thi Thanh Tam, Professional Manager at Bon Kids private independent nursery group, said: “The facility currently has more than 50 children aged 14 months to 4 years old, divided into 4 groups of classes. Along with focusing on investing in facilities, purchasing modern equipment and toys, the facility has constantly innovated teaching methods, paid attention to and built open educational programs to improve quality, provide knowledge and skills for children, such as: Life skills education, teaching talents and experiential activities, field trips... The integration of learning and playing not only creates excitement for children but also lays the initial foundation for comprehensive physical and intellectual development in children”.

Along with teaching knowledge, many facilities also incorporate new, advanced educational methods, which not only create excitement but also help children form good skills and habits, and develop independence early. Ms. Bui Thi Ly, Head of Hoa Thien Ly Kindergarten (Kim Tan Commune), said: "Our facility currently has two groups of classes, both of which are applying teaching according to the curriculum standards of the Ministry of Education and Training . In addition, we also combine teaching according to STEM and Montessori methods. To ensure children's rights and strengthen the prevention and control of violence and child abuse, at the end of April 2025, the National Committee for Children issued Official Dispatch No. 2444/UBQGVTE requesting the Ministry of Education and Training to direct the review, inspection and examination of preschools (especially independent preschools) to promptly and strictly handle facilities that violate regulations and rules on organization and operation of a safe, healthy and friendly educational environment, contributing to the prevention and control of school violence. At the same time, strengthen the dissemination and education of knowledge and skills on the prevention and control of child abuse; prevention and control of school violence for managers, teachers, staff of educational institutions, families and children.

According to the provisions of Decree No. 142/2024/ND-CP recently issued by the Government, from July 1, 2025, the Chairman of the People's Committee at the commune level will be delegated the authority to directly manage preschool, primary and secondary schools in the area under their management. Therefore, in order to contribute to improving the quality of child care and education at private preschools, the People's Committees of wards and communes need to strengthen inspection and supervision of the organization and operation of private preschools in the area; Encourage facilities to invest more in facilities, teaching equipment, pay attention to and attract qualified teachers... Thereby contributes to improving the quality of child care and education.
