Speaking at the meeting, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee, Chairman of Thanh Liet Ward People's Committee Bui Huy Hoang emphasized: "The initial stage is always full of difficulties and challenges, but it is also an opportunity for us to demonstrate our solidarity, responsibility and creativity in work. The ward government always listens, accompanies and creates the best conditions for each cadre to promote their capacity, together build an effective operating apparatus, and serve the people better and better."
At the meeting, the atmosphere of exchange was open and democratic. Many officials and civil servants frankly shared their thoughts and made recommendations related to the organization, assignment of tasks, facilities, coordination procedures as well as some difficulties in transferring administrative work from the old commune level to the new ward model. Many opinions focused on improving the effectiveness of coordination between specialized departments and solutions to improve work processing procedures to serve the people more quickly and conveniently.
The conference is a practical activity, demonstrating the attention, listening and companionship of local leaders towards the team of cadres and civil servants. Thereby, it further motivates the entire political system of Thanh Liet ward to promote the spirit of solidarity, unity, and determination to build the ward to develop towards a modern, civilized urban area, serving the people better and better.
