At the conference, Vice Chairman of Bat Trang Commune People's Committee Do Thanh Thuan reported on the results of implementing socio -economic development tasks in the first 6 months of the year; Socio-economic development plan for the last 6 months of 2025: Total state budget revenue in the first 6 months of 2025 is estimated at 69,024 billion VND, equal to 77.5% of the assigned estimate; total state budget expenditure is estimated at 46,589 billion VND, equal to 47.4% of the assigned estimate.

In the last 6 months of 2025, Bat Trang commune will focus on economic development, effectively implement planning, planning management, construction and urban management, promote resource mobilization for investment in urban infrastructure construction; strengthen resource management, environmental protection, proactively prevent and combat natural disasters; effectively implement social security and welfare policies and improve people's lives.

At the conference, delegates discussed solutions to implement budget revenue and expenditure, land use management, agricultural production development, natural disaster prevention in the area, digitalization of agricultural products; and measures to promote propaganda about Party Congresses at all levels.
The conference also unanimously approved reports on: Establishment of sub-committees to serve the Congress; Project on allocating delegates to attend the 1st Bat Trang Commune Party Congress, term 2025 - 2030; regular meetings with Party cells and Party Committees; Plan to implement Regulation No. 11-QD/TU dated February 18, 2019 of the Politburo on "Responsibilities of Party Committee leaders in receiving people, having direct dialogue with people and handling people's reflections and recommendations".
