In 2025, Thai Nguyen University Branch in Ha Giang province officially opened the training program "Vietnamese Language and Culture", a step demonstrating strategic vision and sensitivity to the requirements of international integration and preservation of national culture.

Besides, the new field of study brings many practical benefits, contributing to the preservation of traditional cultural values such as language, beliefs, customs, folklore, etc.

Despite many positive results, cultural preservation in the educational environment still faces many challenges. Faced with that reality, Dr. Luc Quang Tan said: “We have determined that preserving cultural identity cannot be done alone. In the coming time, the Branch will promote cooperation with research institutes, cultural agencies, and local authorities to mobilize more resources and experts. At the same time, we will continue to expand creative playgrounds and extracurricular programs associated with indigenous culture for students.”
