Khanh Hoa - Central Joint Venture wins bid worth over 976 billion VND in Khanh Hoa province

(PLVN) - According to information from the National Bidding Network, the Management Board of Investment and Construction Projects for Agricultural and Transport Works of Khanh Hoa province has just announced the winning bid results for Package No. 11 Construction of works under Component Project 1 of the Dien Khanh District Inter-regional Road Construction Project under the Dien Khanh District Inter-regional Road Project with a winning bid price of more than 976.73 billion VND.

The unit approved by the Management Board of Investment Projects for Construction of Agricultural and Transport Works of Khanh Hoa Province to win the bid is the Joint Venture of Khanh Hoa Road Management and Construction Joint Stock Company - Central Construction Group Joint Stock Company, winning the bid with a price of 976.73 billion VND (estimated price of 1,141.609 billion VND), the implementation period of the package is 900 days, the contract is according to the adjusted unit price.

Previously, on April 26, 2025, the inviting party, Sao Kien Truc Design Consulting Co., Ltd., issued a notice inviting bids for Package No. 11 Construction of works under Component Project 1 of the Dien Khanh District Inter-regional Road Construction Project under the Dien Khanh District Inter-regional Road Project. The bid package was widely bid online, closing/opening bids on May 8, 2025.

During the bidding process for the above package, 5 bidders submitted bid documents. During the bidding period, the Inviting Party responded to 27 requests for clarification of the bidding documents and responded to 1 petition. According to the announced results of the bid evaluation, all 5 bidders passed the technical evaluation step.

At the financial evaluation step, the joint venture of Khanh Hoa Road Management and Construction Joint Stock Company - Central Construction Group Joint Stock Company had the lowest bid price and was approved to win the bid with a winning bid price of VND 976.73 billion.

The remaining 4 contractors include: Son Hai Group Company Limited (ranked 2nd); Joint Venture Dai Hiep Company Limited - 456 Joint Stock Company (ranked 3rd); Joint Venture Dong Thuan Ha Company Limited - Deo Ca Construction Joint Stock Company - Delta Commercial Construction Joint Stock Company (ranked 4th) and Joint Venture Vimeco Joint Stock Company - Lizen Joint Stock Company - Vietnam Construction and Import-Export Joint Stock Corporation (ranked 5th).
