For her, photography is a spiritual therapy, helping her reduce stress and find balance between life and work that are often stressful. Playing with photos is not simply a hobby for entertainment, but also a journey of self-discovery, expressing the inner self, connecting with the world by spreading the beauty of nature and people. This is what makes her stick with photography, despite being an amateur.
Pursuing creative trips, although hard but fun, besides going to work and taking care of her family, she spends a lot of time on photography. She takes photos of a variety of subjects: elephants in Ho Lak, lotus, ripe lychee season, young rice seedlings in the sun in the highlands, Buu Long Pagoda, the Northwest in the flood season... She especially takes many photos of Ho Chi Minh City with all the colors leading the way: from dawn at the port, to rainy afternoons in Saigon, Phap Hoa Pagoda on the banks of Nhieu Loc Canal, or Saigon glowing with flags...
Watching Saigon in the dawn, she had a lovely thought: "If I had to choose a gender for Saigon, I would choose female, because Saigon is so beautiful". Taking pictures of fireworks and drone performances to celebrate the 50th anniversary of the liberation of the South and the reunification of the country, she wrote profound thoughts: "Flowers blooming to celebrate the city's great celebration - peace is so beautiful, Ho Chi Minh City is so beautiful"... She has a way of naming photos that leave a lot of emotions, such as: "From this city, you have left", "K50 Waterfall - a muse in the middle of the forest", "One morning", "Ben Bach Dang - where time stops", "Buu Minh ancient temple - a mark in the middle of the Central Highlands forest"...
The creative process, according to her, the most difficult part when taking pictures is having to carry heavy equipment, disassembling and assembling equipment that requires agility to "capture" the moment. Playing with photos, showing off each satisfactory photo she has just composed, she humorously writes: "Sometimes I tell myself to live a life without showing off, without rushing, today more diligently, patiently than yesterday... but showing off each photo, every day, rushing in every breath, every step".
I wish you to keep your love for photography forever, to sublimate your emotions in every click, to produce photographic works that spread love and positive things for life.
