Rear Admiral Nguyen Dinh Hung, Deputy Commander of the Navy, visited and encouraged the families of soldiers supported by "Comrades' House" during a working trip in the South.

Four new “Comrades’ Houses” were presented to the families of the following comrades: Major Le Minh Son (Technical Support Center – Logistics); Professional Military Major Nguyen Chi Thanh (Battalion 553); Professional Military Captain Pham Van Cuong (Regiment 551); Professional Military Lieutenant Le Sy Ty (Regiment 551).

Lieutenant Colonel Mai Dang Danh, Deputy Commander and Chief of Staff of Naval Region 5, presented the decision to hand over "Comrades' House" to a family of a soldier in difficult circumstances.

These are officers and employees with difficult housing circumstances, working at units under the Naval Region 5 Command.

After more than 3 months of construction, the solid, clean houses were completed on schedule, suitable for the conditions and needs of each family.

Lieutenant Colonel Pham Khac Dong, Political Commissar of the Technical and Logistics Support Center, presented gifts to encourage military families on the occasion of the inauguration of a new house.

Construction costs are supported by the "For the Poor" Fund of the Ministry of National Defense and the "For the Poor" Fund of the Navy.

Of which, 3 families were supported with 60 million VND each from the "For the Poor" Fund of the Ministry of National Defense; 1 family was supported with 80 million VND from the "For the Poor" Fund of the Navy.

The joy of military families on the day of receiving "Comrades' House".

At the inauguration ceremony, the head of the Naval Region 5 Command and representatives of the units presented many meaningful gifts, contributing to encouraging military families to soon stabilize their lives, work with peace of mind, and complete assigned tasks well.

This is a practical activity towards the 80th anniversary of the successful August Revolution (August 19, 1945 - August 19, 2025) and the National Day of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam (September 2, 1945 - September 2, 2025); welcoming the 14th Congress of the Navy Party Committee and celebrating the 50th anniversary of the establishment of Naval Region 5 (October 26, 1975 - October 26, 2025).
