The City Women's Union announced the decision on organization and personnel work.

DNO - On July 8, the Women's Union of Da Nang City held a conference to announce decisions on the establishment of the City Women's Union and the Women's Unions of 93 wards and communes; decisions on appointing personnel for the Executive Committee, Standing Committee, and key positions.

Attending the event were Chairman of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Da Nang City Le Tri Thanh; Vice Chairman of the People's Committee of Da Nang City Tran Chi Cuong.

According to Decision 5798/QD-DCT dated June 25, 2025 of the Presidium of the Vietnam Women's Union, the decision to establish the Da Nang City Women's Union was based on the merger of the Quang Nam Provincial Women's Union (old) and the Da Nang City Women's Union (old), effective from July 1, 2025.

Accordingly, the Executive Committee of the Women's Union of Da Nang City for the 2021-2026 term consists of 55 members; the Standing Committee consists of 17 members. Ms. Hoang Thi Thu Huong, member of the Central Presidium of the Vietnam Women's Union, member of the City Party Committee, President of the Women's Union of Da Nang City (old) was appointed to hold the position of President of the Women's Union of Da Nang City for the 2021-2026 term.

Appointed 5 comrades to hold the position of Vice President of the Women's Union of Da Nang city, term 2021-2026, including: Luong Thi Dao; Nguyen Thi Huyen; Tran Thi My Phuong; Dang Thi Bao Trinh; Le Thi Anh Nguyet.

The conference also announced the Decision of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Da Nang City on the establishment of the Women's Working Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of the city; announced the decision to appoint the Inspection Committee of the Women's Union of Da Nang City, term 2021-2026, consisting of 6 people; at the same time, announced the decision to establish the Women's Union of 93 wards and communes under the Women's Union of Da Nang City.
