The forum and folk song festival of the three regions will take place from August 1 to 5, 2023, opening at 8:00 p.m. on August 1 at the Provincial Traditional Arts Center; closing at 8:00 p.m. on August 5 at Ho Chi Minh Square (combined with the activities of the Street Festival and the closing ceremony of the Nghe Tinh Vi and Giam Folk Song Festival).
