The community bookstore was built in 2020 by the family of Mr. Vu Van Hien, former member of the Party Central Committee and former General Director of the Voice of Vietnam. The bookstore displays more than 16,000 books and magazines in various fields.

The 4th floor area was newly built and renovated this year. It displays many medals, paintings, photos, and memorabilia during the working process of Vu Van Hien and his family.
