The assessment of enterprises is carried out after the declarations have completed customs procedures, ensuring objectivity and honesty. The assessment results will be sent to the Customs Sub-Department of Region IV for synthesis and will be the basis for assessing the results of classifying civil servants according to each job position, helping civil servants in the unit continue to study and research to improve service quality.
The system is the next step in development to promote administrative reform, modernize operations, properly and effectively implement the commitments in the "Customer Service Declaration" as well as the goal of developing Digital Customs of the Customs sector in general and the Customs Branch of Region IV in particular.
The system for assessing the quality of service provided by civil servants during the process of handling customs procedures will be piloted from June 2, 2025 and officially implemented from July 2, 2025.
