In his closing speech, Lieutenant Colonel Le Xuan Tam praised the sense of responsibility, sense of organization and discipline, and the efforts of the contestants. The competition is an opportunity to assess the actual results of training in regulations of agencies and units in general and of female soldiers in particular; on that basis, the staff agency guides and adjusts the content, time, and training methods to suit the actual situation of the unit.

The Deputy Commissar of the Navy requested that Party committees and commanders of agencies and units pay more attention to training female soldiers in order to improve the quality of building discipline, training military spirit and style, meeting the requirements of work and unit development.
