Gasoline prices drop across the board from today, July 1, due to reduced value added tax

From 0:00 on July 1, the maximum retail price for gasoline and oil products will be applied. E5RON92 gasoline will not be higher than VND 20,530/liter, and RON95-III gasoline will not be higher than VND 21,116/liter, a decrease of VND 391/liter compared to June 30.

From today, July 1, the selling prices of all petroleum products have decreased due to Resolution No. 204/2025/QH15 of the National Assembly on reducing value added tax coming into effect.

From 0:00 on July 1, the maximum retail price for petroleum products is applied as follows: E5RON92 gasoline is not higher than 20,530 VND/liter, down 381 VND/liter compared to June 30; RON95-III gasoline is not higher than 21,116 VND/liter, down 391 VND/liter compared to June 30; 0.05S diesel is not higher than 19,349 VND/liter, down 358 VND/liter compared to June 30; kerosene is not higher than 19,064 VND/liter, down 19,417 VND/liter compared to June 30; 180CST 3.5S fuel oil is not higher than 16,955 VND/kg, down 314 VND/kg compared to June 30.

At the Vietnam National Petroleum Group (Petrolimex) - the enterprise with the highest retail market share in the Vietnamese market, gasoline prices have also been adjusted as follows: E5RON92 gasoline is sold at VND20,530/liter; RON95-III gasoline is VND21,110/liter; 0.05SV diesel is VND19,600/liter; kerosene is VND19,060/liter; 180CST 3.5S fuel oil is VND16,950/kg.

The new price is effective from 00:00 on July 1, 2025 until the next gasoline price adjustment period of the Ministry of Industry and Trade - Ministry of Finance; it is publicly announced on the website petrolimex.com.vn and Petrolimex member petroleum companies.

For areas far from ports, warehouses, and petroleum production facilities as prescribed in Clause 27, Article 1, Decree 95/2021/ND-CP dated November 1, 2021 of the Government (Petrolimex referred to as "Zone 2"); The General Director of Petrolimex authorizes the Directors of Petrolimex member petroleum companies to directly decide on the actual selling price at the business location, but must not exceed the price level of Zone 2 mentioned above./.
