specifically, the central exchange rate today at the State Bank of Vietnam decreased by 3 VND compared to the morning of July 4, down to 25,113 VND/USD.
With a trading band of ±5%, today's ceiling rate is determined to be 26,368 VND/USD and the floor rate is 23,857 VND/USD.
The reference exchange rate at the State Bank of Vietnam is currently 23,911-26,321 VND/USD (buy-sell).
At commercial banks at 8:30 this morning, Vietcombank listed the USD exchange rate at 25,995-26,355 VND/USD (buy-sell), down 15 VND in both buying and selling compared to the morning of July 4.
At BIDV , the USD buying price dropped sharply by 41 VND in the buying direction and decreased by 21 VND in the selling direction, listed at 25,990-26,350 VND/USD (buy-sell).
Like the USD, the yuan also tends to decrease when Vietcombank listed this foreign currency at 3,596-3,711 VND/NDT (buy-sell), down 3 VND in both trading directions compared to the morning of July 4.
BIDV listed the CNY exchange rate down 4 VND for buying and down 1 VND for selling, down to 3,604-3,702 VND/CNY (buying-selling).
