The highest price of live pigs in the North is currently 66,000 VND/kg, recorded in Hanoi, Hai Duong, Hung Yen, Ha Nam , Thai Binh and Nam Dinh. The remaining provinces in the region are purchasing at 65,000 VND/kg, down 1,000 - 2,000 VND/kg.

The price of live pigs in this area also decreased in the Northern region. Some provinces decreased by 1,000 VND/kg such as: Thanh Hoa, Nghe An, Ha Tinh, Quang Binh, Quang Ngai to the same price of 64,000 - 65,000 VND/kg. The provinces of Thua Thien Hue, Binh Dinh, Dak Lak and Ninh Thuan also had the same price.

Traders in Binh Duong, Long An, Binh Phuoc, Dong Nai, Ho Chi Minh City, Tay Ninh, Ba Ria - Vung Tau, Vinh Long, Ca Mau are purchasing live pigs at 65,000 VND/kg, the highest price in the region.
In general, the price of live pigs in the North continues to decrease rapidly. This morning, the mark of 67,000 VND/kg disappeared from the market. According to a survey, live pigs in the three regions are being sold at around 63,000 - 66,000 VND/kg.
