Accordingly, pursuant to Decision No. 1025/QD-BCA dated February 25, 2025 of the Ministry of Public Security on the announcement of a list of new administrative procedures including the field of driving license testing and guidance of the Ministry of Public Security on the assignment of the Traffic Police Department to approve the overall premises of the Type 1 and Type 2 Driving Test Centers; at the same time, issue, reissue and revoke licenses of Type 1 and Type 2 Driving Test Centers according to the procedures prescribed in Decree 160/2004/ND-CP regulating driver training and testing activities.
As of July 14, the Traffic Police Department has granted Testing Licenses to 52 qualified driving test centers, an increase of 8 centers compared to the list updated on July 12.
Pursuant to Article 35, Circular No. 12/2025/TT-BCA dated February 28, 2025 of the Minister of Public Security regulating testing, granting driving licenses; granting and using international driving licenses, the Traffic Police Department announces and updates the list of driving test centers that have been granted or have had their testing licenses revoked.
A representative of the Traffic Police Department said: The list of centers that are qualified to operate will be continuously updated, daily, to inform the people.
