The event was attended by Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh, Minister of Public Security Luong Tam Quang and many delegates, artists and fans.
The performance combines lion and dragon dances and collective drumming to create a space imbued with Vietnamese identity, encouraging sportsmanship and national pride.

The performance, themed “Aspiration to Shine,” featured resounding, pounding drum beats that seemed to spur momentum and arouse solidarity among police forces in the area. The image of hundreds of police cadets performing solemnly and in unison to the majestic music moved the audience.

The opening ceremony also impressed with the presence of many famous artists. Singers Vo Ha Tram and Dong Hung performed the mashup “Duong Chung Ta Di - Noi Vong Tay Lon - Unstoppable” with the support of hundreds of dancers, creating a harmonious combination of tradition and modernity. The OPlus band made the stage more exciting with the mashup “I love football - The cup of life” to the cheers of 10,000 spectators.

The opening ceremony was staged with modern technology such as laser mapping, mobile stages and 360-degree lighting effects. After the art program, the opening match between the Vietnam People's Public Security and the Royal Thai Police officially kicked off, marking a season full of expectations.
