Nearly 100 child dancers from 5 to 18 years old will participate in the grand ballet Color of Childhood Vol.6 – Dream, marking the final season of a series of meaningful community art projects for children and adolescents in Vietnam.

The program will be performed at two locations: Dalat Opera House (July 19) and Tuoi Tre Theater, Hanoi (August 2-3).
The show will officially debut at two special stops: Dalat Opera House on July 19 and Youth Theater (Hanoi) on August 2-3. This is also the first time the show has been brought to the city of thousands of flowers - as a farewell to the audience in the Central Highlands, and a return to Hanoi - where the 10-year journey began.
Initiated in 2015 by two creative directors - choreographers Nguyen Viet Thanh and Chu Quynh Trang, Sac Mau Tuoi Tho is a pioneering community dance series in Vietnam, where children with a passion for dancing are nurtured, trained systematically and sublimated on the big stage.
With the theme Dream, the 6th and final edition brings an artistic space rich in symbolism, where dreams are told through modern dance, ballet, folk and hip hop. From innocent, surreal images to troubled, mature aspirations, the play is a journey of self -discovery – where reality, memory and fantasy coexist.

Sections such as Illusion, Fantasy, Surrealism, Awakening, Dreams and Childhood Colors take viewers through each range of emotions, to finally awaken in them a belief in miracles.
All proceeds from the first 200 tickets sold at each venue will be used to raise funds to support disadvantaged children. This charity campaign – with the message “Touching Dreams with disadvantaged children” – is not only a thank you to the community but also a lesson in sharing that the program wants to convey to the young artists.
Childhood Colors – Dream promises to be a perfect farewell to a decade-long inspirational artistic journey.
