The delegation included members of the Provincial Party Standing Committee: Ly Thi Lan, Head of the Provincial National Assembly Delegation; Hau Minh Loi, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Council; Pham Thi Minh Xuan, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Council; Hoang Gia Long, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee; Ma Thi Thuy, Member of the Provincial Party Committee, Deputy Head of the Provincial National Assembly Delegation; Provincial National Assembly Delegates; leaders of a number of provincial departments, branches and sectors.
At the working session, the delegation listened to the leaders of Quan Ba commune report on the results of implementing the 2-level local government model, the arrangement of the organizational apparatus, improving the efficiency of management, operation and serving the people. Quan Ba commune was merged from 3 communes and towns: Tam Son, Quyet Tien and Quan Ba commune. After the merger, the Party Committee, government, Fatherland Front and socio -political organizations have come into operation and operated in accordance with the direction of the Central and the province.

Speaking at the meeting, comrade Nguyen Van Son emphasized: This is a survey activity to grasp the actual situation of operating local government at 2 levels. Along with that, it records the difficulties and obstacles to promptly orient and have solutions to remove the obstacles arising in the process of operating the new apparatus, towards effective, stable and sustainable operation in the whole province.
He acknowledged and highly appreciated the efforts of the Party Committee and the government of Quan Ba commune in implementing the new model. He emphasized that the locality needs to continue to promote the leadership and direction of the Party Committee, do a good job of propaganda to create consensus among the people, and proactively propose solutions to overcome difficulties in the practical implementation of tasks.
He noted that in the operation of the two-level local government, the commune's public administrative service center plays a very important role in resolving administrative procedures for the people. Any problems in the process of implementing administrative procedures on the commune's digital environment need to be discussed immediately with relevant sectors so that the operation is smooth, creating the most favorable conditions for the people. The commune needs to pay special attention to digital transformation, and must be a bright spot in digital transformation in activities serving the people.
Along with that, the commune focuses on implementing the goals and tasks of economic and social development to ensure security and order. Implementing social security work well, taking care of policy households and people with revolutionary contributions. The commune immediately focuses on preparing for the Party Congress of the commune for the term 2025 - 2030.
