Representatives of Pu Nhi Station and Ca Top village held the inauguration ceremony and handed over the comrade's house to the family of Major Ho Van Ly.
Professional Military Major Ho Van Ly, whose mother is over 80 years old and blind in both eyes, his wife and children are unemployed, his family has 6 members, is in difficult circumstances, and his housing is not stable. After 4 months of construction, the house with an area of nearly 100m2 with full closed auxiliary works, with a total value of nearly 450 million VND, was completed. Of which, the Border Guard supported 60 million VND from the "Comrades' House" Construction Fund, the remaining amount came from his family; the help of officers and soldiers of Pu Nhi Border Guard Station, local organizations and people in the village.

Receiving the new house, Major Ho Van Ly was moved and expressed his deep gratitude to the leaders of the Border Guard Command, the Provincial Border Guard Command, Pu Nhi Border Guard Station and the people in the village for their concern, help and support in building the house and giving gifts to the family on the occasion of the 80th anniversary of the August Revolution and National Day September 2. Major Ho Van Ly affirmed that he will continue to strive to fulfill the tasks assigned by the unit, firmly protecting the sovereignty and security of the national border.
