Hai Phong City Labor Federation plans to give away 14,000 Mid-Autumn Festival gifts

On the occasion of this year's Mid-Autumn Festival, the Hai Phong City Labor Federation plans to give 14,000 Mid-Autumn gifts to children of officials, employees, and workers in difficult circumstances.

The form of gift giving is flexibly combined with the Happy Mid-Autumn Festival program, suitable for the conditions and actual situation of each unit. The Mid-Autumn Festival gift giving activity will take place from September 26 to October 6, 2025 (August 5 to August 15 of the lunar calendar).

The cases receiving gifts are: biological or legally adopted children of union members, workers, and laborers (under 15 years old) who are in difficult circumstances at units and enterprises in the city; some units of kindergartens and schools; children of union members, workers, and laborers currently staying in boarding houses in the city.

Hai Phong City Labor Federation assigned the Propaganda - Women's Union Department to advise on allocation (each family of union members, workers, and laborers only requests 1 gift).

The Hai Phong City Labor Federation requires trade unions of communes, wards, special zones, and affiliated grassroots trade unions to develop a plan to coordinate with professional leaders and employers to organize at least one Mid-Autumn Festival activity for children of union members, workers, and laborers to ensure practicality and effectiveness, creating a joyful and exciting atmosphere for children of workers and laborers, attracting a large number of children to participate. Gift giving must ensure the right recipients, be practical and effective.
