On July 9, the Gia Lai Provincial Department of Health issued a decision to suspend the operation of Phuong Dat General Clinic (Quy Nhon Ward) due to not ensuring enough staff to practice in accordance with the scope and scale of licensed operations.
This decision is effective until the clinic corrects the deficiencies and is permitted to resume operations by the Department of Health.

Previously, Phuong Dat General Clinic was reported by a resident on social media about his relative being charged nearly 9 million VND after only 2 hours of medical examination here.
However, Ms. Duyen, the clinic representative, denied the "overcharging" information, explaining that the fee of more than 8 million VND is the cost for a committed treatment course of 1 month.
Ms. Duyen also said that afterwards, a person claiming to be a patient's relative came to cause trouble, not allowing the patient to continue treatment and took pictures and videos, forcing the clinic to invite the ward police to resolve the matter.
