In the report at the evaluation conference, in the past term, Party committees, Party organizations, and Inspection Committees at all levels have thoroughly grasped and strictly implemented the Party Charter, resolutions, directives, conclusions, regulations, rules, decisions, and instructions of Party committees and Inspection Committees at higher levels on inspection, supervision, and discipline work of the Party. There have been many innovations in leadership, direction, and implementation to ensure strictness, synchronization, and comprehensive completion of the inspection and supervision work plan, and quality has been improved.

Along with that, proactively grasped the situation, actively directed and resolutely and thoroughly handled the case related to the presiding officer; reviewed, enforced discipline and resolved petitions and denunciations in accordance with principles, regulations and authority; implemented relevant conclusions and resolutions in a practical and effective manner; paid attention to building, consolidating and perfecting the inspection committee and the inspection staff at all levels to ensure sufficient quantity and good quality. The inspection and supervision work met the requirements of the task of building a strong Party organization in terms of politics, ideology, ethics, organization and personnel; the situation in the General Department was stable and solid, with high internal solidarity and unity.

In addition to the main advantages, the report and comments at the conference also pointed out shortcomings and limitations, analyzed and clarified causes, presented lessons learned and identified key directions and tasks for the 2025-2030 term.

In his concluding remarks at the conference, Major General Tran Ngoc Anh highly appreciated the opinions presented at the conference; emphasized and summarized the outstanding achievements and results in the inspection, supervision and party discipline enforcement work of the Party Committee of the General Political Department for the 2020-2025 term. At the same time, he determined that, in the face of increasingly heavy and demanding tasks in the coming time, the inspection, supervision and party discipline work in the Party Committee of the General Political Department must be strengthened with new and higher awareness and requirements.
