The school focuses on ideological work and maintaining political orientation in teaching. Linking training at school with the implementation of the unit's tasks, focusing on training goals according to initial positions. At the same time, synchronously implementing solutions to improve the qualifications and comprehensive capacity of learners in terms of moral qualities, political stance, practical skills, physical strength, etc. The annual graduation rate reaches 100% of the requirements, of which 94% are good or excellent (an increase of 5.7% compared to the previous term). According to the survey, more than 85% of students after graduation have completed their tasks well.

Along with that, the leaders built a team of cadres and teachers with sufficient quantity, ensuring quality, meeting the prescribed standards; promoted research, effectively applied topics, technical innovation initiatives, had 22 scientific works, products recognized by all levels; maintained in-service training, training for nearly 1,200 cadres and teachers, sent 20 cadres and teachers for postgraduate training; organized training in pedagogy, foreign languages, information technology, soft skills; rotated 15 cadres to practice; organized and participated in competitions for excellent teachers, excellent managers; had 29 teachers recognized as excellent teachers at the Military Region level, 2 teachers achieved the title of excellent teachers at the Ministry of National Defense level.

The Congress determines the direction, policies and measures to improve the quality of implementation of all aspects of work and Party building in the coming term, such as: Promoting the movement of "Digital Education for the People", applying digital transformation and administrative reform to education and training; proactively connecting with academies and schools in the Army, units in the area to create conditions for cadres and teachers to update new methods and content, and go to the field; continuing to invest in facilities, science and technology, developing active learning and teaching models, enhancing practical training, physical training, and drills close to actual combat; implementing the motto "quality of education and training is the combat readiness of the unit".

Along with that, strive to build a strong and clean party organization, improve the comprehensive leadership capacity and fighting strength of grassroots party organizations, build a strong and comprehensive school that is "exemplary and typical", worthy of being the leading center of education - training and scientific research of the Military Region's Armed Forces.
