Lao Embassy in Russia congratulates 79th anniversary of Vietnam National Day

In a friendly and intimate atmosphere, Lao Ambassador to Russia Shiphandone Oybuabuddy sent his best wishes to the Party, State and people of Vietnam on the occasion of the 79th National Day of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam and all staff of the Vietnamese Embassy in the Russian Federation.

Ambassador Shiphandone Oybuabuddy expressed his joy at the achievements Vietnam has made under the wise leadership of the Communist Party of Vietnam .

According to the Ambassador, Vietnam's position and role are increasingly enhanced, and socio- economic development has achieved important results.

Expressing his gratitude to Ambassador Shiphandone Oybuabuddy and his delegation for coming to congratulate and send best wishes, Ambassador Dang Minh Khoi highly appreciated the special friendship between the Lao Party, State and people towards the Party, State and people of Vietnam.

The Ambassador emphasized that despite many changes in the regional and world situation, the two countries continue to maintain a great friendship, special solidarity and comprehensive cooperation.

Ambassador Dang Minh Khoi congratulated Ambassador Shiphandone Oybuabuddy on his new position in Russia and affirmed that the two embassies will closely coordinate in foreign affairs activities as well as friendly exchanges in the coming time.
