Speaking at the congress, Colonel Le Trong Hoa, member of the Standing Committee of the Military Party Committee, Commander of the Quang Ninh Provincial Military Command, requested that in the 2025-2030 term, the Party Committee of the General Staff Department continue to lead and direct the Party Committee to always unite to successfully implement the goals and targets set out in the resolution, focusing on performing well the advisory function for the Standing Committee of the Party Committee and the Head of the Provincial Military Command to lead the work of training, combat readiness, drills, and prevention and overcoming the consequences of natural disasters.
The Congress voted to elect the Party Executive Committee for the 2025-2020 term.
Continue to coordinate with provincial departments, branches and functional agencies of Military Region 3 to complete procedures and speed up the progress of construction projects of the Provincial Military Command and Military Region 3. Advise the Party Committee of the Provincial Military Command to direct the Regional Defense Command and the Commune-level Military Command to effectively perform the state management function of national defense and military, strictly maintain combat readiness work; plan and build battle formations in the defense zone; train, compete, and compete; recruit and enroll students; build reserve forces, militia and self-defense forces; manage land and defense works in accordance with state laws. Promote administrative reform and digital transformation; advise on building increasingly solid defense zones.
