Strengthen from within

On the first day of operating the new model, many commune and ward party committees held their first meeting to unify the directions and tasks in the transition period and the coming time. In Chu Se commune, the local party committee after the merger has 24 grassroots party cells, 51 party cells of hamlets, villages, and residential groups, with 2,639 party members.

According to Mr. Ly Anh Sang - Secretary of the Chu Se Commune Party Committee, the urgent task is to quickly consolidate the Party organization, perfect the Party cell committee, manage Party members, improve the quality of activities, and at the same time promote the exemplary role of the leader.

The Commune Party Committee agreed on key tasks such as perfecting the organizational structure, clearly assigning responsibilities to the Executive Committee, the Standing Committee and Party cells; thoroughly disseminating the new organizational model to all Party members; inspecting and reviewing all activities of subordinate Party cells, especially in merged units to ensure order; strengthening propaganda and political and ideological education and having a roadmap for applying technology in management and operations.

The Ya Ma Commune Party Committee was merged from the three Party Committees of Ya Ma, Dak To Pang and Kong Yang communes with 484 party members operating in 30 party cells. Tran Thanh Thao, Standing Deputy Secretary of the Commune Party Committee, said: Right at the first meeting, the Commune Party Committee Executive Committee for the 2025-2030 term approved the working regulations, assigned personnel to advisory agencies and prepared content for the Commune People's Council meeting.

Likewise, after the merger, the Ia Hiao Commune Party Committee had 610 party members operating in 40 party cells. The commune Party Committee promptly consolidated its organization, established new party cells, the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of the commune and 3 advisory and support agencies; issued working regulations and assigned specific tasks to each comrade in the Party Committee...

Based on the clear identification of the requirements for streamlining and efficiency, the Party Committee of Ia Hiao commune has set out groundbreaking tasks to consolidate the political system; improve the quality of Party cell activities; tighten discipline, associated with training the mettle, qualities and capacity of cadres. In particular, it emphasizes the heroic role of leaders to spread the spirit of innovation and responsibility throughout the system.

Comprehensive development, improving people's lives

As one of the 9 communes with special factors that did not merge, Ia Puch commune has proactively improved the Party organization in a streamlined direction, suitable to local practice and development orientation.

The Party Committee currently has 16 grassroots Party organizations with 174 Party members, arranged corresponding to administrative units to ensure the comprehensive leadership of the Party. Secretary of the Party Committee of Siu H'Ler commune said that in the special conditions of the border area, the Party Committee determined the key task to maintain border security, strengthen the Party organization and promote administrative reform.

The communal Party Committee directed the local government to closely coordinate with the border guards and the police in patrolling, controlling and preventing crimes along the border. At the same time, it improved the quality of Party cell activities, promoted the vanguard and distinguished role of Party members; built a strong political system, a friendly government, and effectively served the people.

In Ia Hiao commune, Secretary of the Commune Party Committee Pham Van Phuong informed: Along with consolidating the political system, the Commune Party Committee focuses on reviewing and adjusting the general and detailed planning to meet the requirements of socio -economic development after the merger. On that basis, the commune recommends allocating investment resources to essential infrastructure serving production and life.

Propaganda and mobilization barriers work to mobilize people to donate land and remove to expand roads have also been promoted. After the merger of administrative units, many localities in the province have proactively, synchronously and resolutely implemented solutions to strengthen the Party organization and build a strong political system.
