Gia Lai: Improving the quality of operations of the Commune-level Public Administration Service Center

(GLO)- On the afternoon of July 6, the People's Committee of Gia Lai province organized a training course to improve the quality of operations of the Public Administration Service Center at the commune level. The conference was connected online to the People's Committees of 135 communes and wards of the province. Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Lam Hai Giang chaired the conference.

At the conference, representatives of relevant sectors and units provided guidance on the implementation of daily reports on the activities of the Commune-level Public Administration Service Centers under the direction of the Central Steering Committee; a list of tasks to ensure the smooth and effective operation of the Commune-level Public Administration Service Centers; skills in using the "Gia Lai Province VNPT iGate System" to receive, process, approve, return results of administrative procedure records and monitor and manage the work of handling administrative procedure records.

At the same time, guide the business process of implementing the "Electronic authentication" service on the VNPT iGate System of Gia Lai province; the work of receiving and processing documents of some essential administrative procedures of people and businesses in the field of Land on the "VNPT iGate System of Gia Lai province".

Speaking at the conference, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Lam Hai Giang directed communications and wards to urgently deploy a number of tasks to ensure the smooth operation of the Commune-level Public Administration Service Center.

The Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee requested localities to base on the actual situation to arrange the Commune-level Public Administration Service Center in a suitable location, ensuring the requirements of serving people and businesses in the new situation; equip equipment and utilities to serve the operation of the Center in a convenient and civilized manner. Carry out well the handover and receipt of documents from the old district and commune levels to the new commune-level government to continue handling administrative procedures for the people. Do a good job of digitalization to increase the rate of document reuse.

At the same time, quickly stabilize the organization and operation of specialized departments, complete internal procedures for handling administrative procedures, establish electronic procedures to monitor and supervise the reception and handling of administrative procedures of departments.
