
Presenting the report, Permanent Vice Chairwoman of the National Assembly's Committee for People's Aspirations and Supervision Le Thi Nga said that voters and people are interested in, agree with, and highly agree with the policy of reorganizing the state administrative apparatus; especially the urgent and serious implementation of conditions to serve the operations of the (new) commune-level government, and the organization of trial operations of the new commune-level Party Committees and local governments after the reorganization.
In addition, voters and people reported on the situation of counterfeit and poor quality goods; the scarcity of construction materials; climate change, natural disasters, many heavy rains causing landslides, flash floods, and localized flooding in some localities.
In addition, voters reflected that the determination of financial obligations for cases of land division and recognition of land use rights according to the provisions of the land law is not suitable to reality..., and needs to be concerned by competent State agencies, with solutions to overcome limitations in the coming time.

Speaking at the meeting, Chairman of the National Assembly's Committee on Culture and Society Nguyen Dac Vinh said that it is expected that in August 2025, the Committee will coordinate with the National Assembly's Committee on Science , Technology and Environment, the National Assembly's Committee on Petitions and Supervision to conduct an explanation session related to two groups of fake drugs and fake food.
In response to public opinion about the high school graduation exam questions for some subjects being highly difficult, Mr. Nguyen Dac Vinh said that this is the first time the high school graduation exam has been organized according to the new general education program, with many parallel sets of books. "The exam questions are more practical and outside the curriculum, which may affect students' adaptation to the new exam method," said the Chairman of the National Assembly's Committee on Culture and Society.
According to Mr. Nguyen Dac Vinh, the Committee for Culture and Society believes that it is necessary to create exam questions that are highly classified; oriented towards quality, avoiding the failure to classify university entrance, which greatly affects the quality of training at university and post-secondary levels.
Regarding the gradual introduction of English as a second language in schools, Mr. Nguyen Dac Vinh said that the education system designed to train English has not met the requirements, so there must be innovation and improvement of the quality of English training in schools.

Chairman of the National Assembly's Economic and Financial Committee Phan Van Mai suggested that the Government, the Prime Minister, and the Central Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front focus on directing the stabilization of accommodation, workplaces, and support conditions for cadres, civil servants, and public employees, and providing guidance on work practices at the grassroots level in localities where the provinces have merged.
Vice Chairman of the National Assembly Nguyen Duc Hai pointed out that in recent times, a number of issues have continued to arise related to the proposal to re-evaluate the implementation of the 2024 Land Law, including the policy of compensation for damages, especially the conversion of land use purposes; there needs to be more specific guidance on the conversion of residential land.
“Some places have high land use fees, so people think that this is a problem of the Land Law. In the Land Law, land valuation is a difficult issue and the authority is given to local authorities to determine specific land prices based on specific situations and market principles. The Government needs to study what is still wrong in establishing residential land use rights in order to create favorable conditions for recognizing legal ownership and ensuring people's rights,” said Vice Chairman of the National Assembly Nguyen Duc Hai.

Speaking at the meeting, Politburo member and National Assembly Chairman Tran Thanh Man suggested focusing on strict management and strengthening inspection of product quality and origin; finding solutions to balance supply and demand for construction materials; paying attention to recreation and entertainment, creating favorable conditions for children during the summer, avoiding drowning and unfortunate accidents that may occur.
The National Assembly Chairman said that he will submit to the competent authority for approval in the upcoming 10th session of the National Assembly to continue amending the Land Law, in order to facilitate businesses and people.
