Accordingly, in Decision No. 1438/QD-BGDDT dated May 19, 2023, the Minister of Education and Training reappointed Ms. Duong Thi Thanh Huong to hold the position of Deputy Editor-in-Chief of Education and Times Newspaper from May 22, 2023.

Ms. Duong Thi Thanh Huong officially became Deputy Editor-in-Chief of Education and Times Newspaper from May 22, 2018.
Before being appointed by the Minister of Education and Training as Deputy Editor-in-Chief of the Education and Times Newspaper, she was Head of the Daily Newspaper Department and Head of the Secretariat - Editorial Department, in charge of the editorial secretary and publications of the Education and Times Newspaper.
Working at Education and Times Newspaper since 1995, Ms. Duong Thi Thanh Huong has a Master's degree in Educational Management, Senior in Political Theory; joined the Communist Party of Vietnam since 2012.
