On May 27, the Drug Crime Investigation Police Department (PC04) of Lam Dong Provincial Police, said that the unit had just caught a group of subjects transporting, storing, and illegally trading drugs in Da Lat City (Lam Dong).

Previously, PC04 identified Lo Thi Tinh (45 years old, residing in Lam Ha district, Lam Dong) as the leader of the drug ring that brought drugs to Lam Dong to sell to drug addicts. Tinh hired male workers to help take care of ornamental plants and sell flowers, but in reality, she participated in drug trafficking.
On May 22, the police identified Truong Thi Hieu (45 years old, residing in District 4, Ho Chi Minh City) as transporting drugs to Lam Dong to deliver to Tinh.

At around 7:45 a.m. on May 23, at a hotel on Dong Tam Street, PC04 coordinated with Da Lat City Police to catch Tinh red-handed with evidence including nearly 1 heroin cake, 1 package of ketamine synthetic drug disguised in a cake box, along with nearly 500 million VND, 2 mobile phones, 1 motorbike and many related documents.
Through a quick investigation, Hieu confessed to transporting drugs from Ho Chi Minh City to Da Lat City to deliver to Tinh.
Evidence of drug trafficking and possession
Searching Tinh's place on Cao Thang street, the police force discovered and arrested the related subject, Vu Dinh Phuong (32 years old, residing in Phu Cu district, Hung Yen ), confiscating 7 packages of synthetic drugs in the form of crystal meth, 7 packages of heroin and 26 synthetic drugs in the form of ecstasy. These drugs were hidden by Tinh in a safe to sell to addicts in Da Lat city.
Expanding the case, at around 13:00 on the same day, at slope number 7, Trai Mat, a working group controlled and caught Vu Tien Dai (34 years old, residing in My Duc district, Hanoi ) in the act of illegally buying and selling drugs. The authorities seized 30 packages of heroin. This was the source of Tinh's drug purchases and then resold them to other subjects for profit.
PC04 is detaining Tinh, Hieu, Phuong, and Dai to continue investigating and expanding the case.
