Over the past 5 years, the patriotic emulation movement has received attention and focus from the unit, creating a vibrant competitive atmosphere; thereby, exemplary individuals and groups with many good and creative ways of doing things have been discovered, contributing to the successful implementation of assigned tasks. In recent years, the Provincial Development Project Management Board has been assigned to be the investor of many key projects to create momentum for local socio -economic development; the disbursement rate each year has reached from 98% to 100%.

On this occasion, the Provincial Development Project Management Board awarded certificates of merit to 1 collective and 11 individuals with outstanding achievements in the patriotic emulation movement for the period 2020 - 2025; and at the same time launched a campaign to support the Cuban people.
