On November 28, the Provincial People's Council's Legal Committee held a meeting to review reports and draft resolutions on the legal field submitted to the 14th Provincial People's Council's regular session at the end of 2024. Attending the meeting were comrades: Le Van Anh, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Council; Nghiem Xuan Cuong, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee.
At the meeting, delegates listened to and commented on the draft resolutions: Deciding on the payroll of civil servants in state administrative agencies and organizations; approving the total number of employees receiving state budget salaries in public service units; assigning the number of commune-level cadres and civil servants in the province in 2025; regulating the number of non-professional commune-level workers in 2025 in the province; piloting the establishment of a one-level Public Administration Service Center under the People's Committee of Quang Ninh province; Reporting on the socio -economic situation in 2024, directions, tasks and solutions for socio-economic development in 2025 (legal field); evaluating the results of handling voters' recommendations sent to the regular meeting at the end of 2024 and recommendations that have not been completely resolved in previous meetings.
After listening to the content, the Standing Committee of the Provincial People's Council, the Provincial People's Committee and members of the Provincial People's Council's Legal Committee discussed and gave opinions on allocating the number of civil servants to units; ensuring the roadmap for reducing staff, streamlining the apparatus; not increasing special associations...
Regarding the Draft Resolution on piloting the establishment of a one-level Public Administration Service Center under the People's Committee of Quang Ninh province, delegates suggested that it is necessary to clarify a number of issues requiring ensuring the legal basis, practical basis and process of drafting the resolution, ensuring compliance and conformity with issued legal documents...
Speaking at the meeting, comrade Pham Thi Hong Hanh, Head of the Legal Committee of the Provincial People's Council, requested the drafting units to fully absorb the opinions of the delegates attending the meeting, promptly complete the draft Resolution, submission, and report to submit at the regular meeting at the end of the year.
